COURSE OBJECTIVES
With advancement of network development and increasing number of 3G/4G/5G subscribers, operator’s revenue is facing intense pressure and International Roaming can be a significant source of revenue for the telecom operators. Roaming can expand their scope and help enhance their competitiveness, by improving subscriber satisfaction and loyalty, and attracting new subscribers. In addition, operators can increase revenue by providing services to subscribers served by other international operators.
This 5-day course offers an extensive knowledge on the technique and the business of International Roaming as well as its voice traffic analysis and ensure that all of the parties involved in the management and protection of roaming revenues understand their role and possess a clear framework.
