COURSE OBJECTIVES
PRINCE2 Agile combines the flexibility and responsiveness of Agile with the clearly defined framework of PRINCE2 that makes candidates stand out among the others in the project management industry.
Telecontran’s 4-day workshop on PRINCE2 Agile Foundation and Practitioner is specially designed for those organizations and individuals who use PRINCE2, but recognize the benefits of applying agile methods providing guidance on how to practically apply both PRINCE2 and Agile.
