VOIP / SBC and Softswitch Workshop
3 DAYS
INSTRUCTOR LED WORKSHOP
“OUR COURSES CAN BE SPECIALLY TAILORED TO ADDRESS YOUR REQUIREMENT – TELECONTRAN”
COURSE OBJECTIVES
In today’s market, most networks are comprised of a variety of combinations of telephony switches and hardware. VOIP and Softswitches are such elements that made an evolution in the telecommunication industry by providing management of voice, fax, data and video traffic, and call routing through same communication channel. Through the power of VoIP voice and data networks are combining to become a single organizational resource.
Telecontran’s 3-day Workshop on VOIP / SBC and Softswitch is designed to provide a comprehensive analysis on VoIP concepts, supporting architectures, interworking with circuit-switched networks together with QoS issues and how softswitch technology and applications enable global service providers and carriers to optimize their networks and generate new revenue streams with new services and applications.
After successful completion of this 3-day workshop participants will be able to
- Get a solid understanding of VOIP, VOIP services and Carrier Networks
- Explore Softswitch Technologies, Softswitch Network Features and Softswitch Interworking
- Understand Real time routing Protocols for VoIP delivery along with H.323 and SIP / SDP analysis
- Gain knowledge on SIP, SIP Protocol as well as RTP, CRTP, SRTP & RTCP
- Explain Softswitch Performance, Operations, Maintenance and Troubleshooting as well as its impact on the Billing server.

OUR HAPPY CLIENTS
WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY ABOUT TELECONTRAN !!
The whole context of the course, specially RTP, VOIP Security sections are very much interesting.
The training handbook is the best and I especially like the SBC portion, like SBC function, SBC Configuration, softswitch function etc.
The training is very much informative and it offers very good overview of roaming that covers both commercial and technical aspects.
The course helped me to learn different call flow scenarios, roaming architectures, LBO, roaming services etc. in details.
