VOIP and Softswitches are such elements that made an evolution in the telecommunication industry by providing management of voice, fax, data and video traffic, and call routing through same communication channel. Telecontran’s 3-day Workshop on VOIP / SBC and Softswitch is designed to provide a comprehensive analysis on VoIP concepts, supporting architectures, interworking with circuit-switched networks together with QoS issues and how softswitch technology and applications enable global service providers and carriers to optimize their networks and generate new revenue streams with new services and applications.
