Course Objectives

By 2022, we will have over 90 billion devices connected to the Internet of Things. According to McKinsey Global Institute, IoT will have an economic impact of up to $11 trillion by 2025. There will be 250 million IoT-connected automobiles creating new advancements in transportation. Internet of Things is surely taking our world by storm.

The objective of Telecontran’s “Business Innovation through Artificial Intelligence (BIAI) and IOT” workshop is to present an overview of artificial intelligence (AI) with IOT principles and approaches, develop a basic understanding of the building blocks of AI as presented in terms of intelligent agents: Search, Knowledge representation, inference, logic, and learning. Participants will implement a small AI system in a team environment. The knowledge of artificial intelligence plays a considerable role in some applications students develop for courses in the program.

After successful completion of this workshop, participants will be able to
